Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited in Seattle, WA is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Specialist to provide first-line IT support onsite. You will answer calls, log and triage tickets, perform basic hardware/software/network troubleshooting, and guide users through standard steps.

You will maintain KBAs and escalate where needed to Tier 2/3. The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years experience, and familiarity with Windows, macOS and Office 365.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in technical support or customer service.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, networking, and Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer service desk calls from end users.
• Log and triage incidents in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3.
• Guide users through basic IT processes.
• Maintain and update KBAs.
• Document resolutions in tickets.
• Assist with inventory management of hardware and software.
• Support collaboration with IT teams.
• Attend scheduled shifts as required.
