Position Overview

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Equipment Services Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in Auburn or Puyallup, Washington. The role involves working on a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).

The manager will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals, fostering a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality, and safety. Leading a team of 10+ within the Puget Sound region, you will be responsible for:

• Managing employees across multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Developing and executing business plans, policies, and procedures
• Acquiring resources, managing suppliers, and leading process improvements
• Building relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
• Overseeing technical approaches, products, and processes
• Managing, developing, and motivating employees

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
• Experience mentoring and leading teams
