Position Overview
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Equipment Services Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in Auburn or Puyallup, Washington. The role involves working on a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
The manager will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals, fostering a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality, and safety. Leading a team of 10+ within the Puget Sound region, you will be responsible for:

Shift: Variable shifts, determined at the time of offer.
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $121,050 - $147,950 plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and more. Applications accepted until May 24, 2025.
