Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data entry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, OneNote, and MS Teams.
• Ability to type 35 wpm or faster.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication via email and chat.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound email messages and calls at the customer’s business center.
• Gather customer information and route requests to the correct teams.
• Communicate professionally via email and chat.
• Work independently and within a team to support customers.
