Job summary

A Texas-licensed JD with 5–10+ years of plaintiff PI litigation is required; strong written and verbal communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Texas license.
• 5–10+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases through litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full docket from filing through resolution or trial.
• Oversee discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain communication throughout cases.
