Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 5-10+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases through litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law, court procedures, and litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial.
• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions (fact and expert), motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct initial client consultations and maintain consistent client communication throughout the life of each case.
• Evaluate case value and develop effective litigation strategies to maximize outcomes.
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit development, and courtroom strategy.
• Serve as first-chair or second-chair trial attorney in jury and bench trials.
• Collaborate closely with intake, pre-litigation, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure smooth case progression.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development and litigation standards.
