Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of personal injury cases
• Handle all phases of litigation from case evaluation through trial
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Develop case strategy, prepare witnesses, and represent clients in court
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and strong client communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury trial experience required
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and case strategy abilities
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas

Compensation

Salary: $170k-$220k base + a determined % of settlement fees
