Job summary

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently work up and manage cases.
• Experience with depositions, expert witnesses, motion practice, and case strategy.
• Strong writing, analytical, and client-communication skills.
• Experience in casualty defense, professional liability, or construction litigation is preferred.
• Trial or meaningful second-chair experience is a plus.

This is an opportunity for a capable litigator to take meaningful ownership of sophisticated, high-exposure matters involving catastrophic personal injury, professional liability, and construction defects. The successful candidate will be comfortable working up cases—not simply handling a narrow portion of the litigation process—and will play an active role from initial evaluation through resolution or trial.
