Qualifications

• Availability to travel up to 20%.
• Experience in scripting and leveraging APIs.
• Experience with basic control cabling and lighting hardware.
• Leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and mentorship activities for all participants.
• Engage in two-year rotations across functional areas within the program.
• Collaborate on projects in New Product Development and Sustaining/VAVE.
• Explore areas such as Product Management, Project Management, and Tech Support.
• Attend leadership reviews and share rotational learnings for growth.
