Fireside Hearth & Home is seeking a Builder Sales Representative in York, PA (or Limerick) to drive territory growth using Sandler selling methods and CRM-driven account plans. Preferred candidates hold a related Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with Salesforce experience a plus.

The role includes a competitive total target compensation with base salary and uncapped incentives, plus a $9,900 annual automobile allowance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize Sandler Selling Skills process and tools to achieve territory goals.
• Develop understanding of products and Signature Installation process to recommend solutions.
• Manage account plans and opportunities through CRM to drive growth.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels within accounts.
