Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisor experience a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead department associates and provide daily direction.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, inventory control and plan-o-grams.
• Ensure compliance with ATF and company policies.
• Staff, train and schedule team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and store experience.
