EZCORP's EZPawn is hiring a Firearms Specialist in Temple, TX. This role uses your firearms knowledge to manage the firearms department, including buying, selling, and loaning, while ensuring ATF compliance and 4473 processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Experience with 4473s is a plus; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating the value of firearms presented as collateral.
• General management of the firearms department, including merchandising, pricing, inventory controls, and evaluation.
• Adhering to firearm compliance, such as certifications, 4473, NICS and other forms.
• Meeting or exceeding financial targets for the firearms department.
• Establishing meaningful relationships with customers.
• Training Team Members on proper handling and transactions involving firearms.
