EZCORP, Inc. in Northglenn is seeking a Firearms Specialist to lead the firearm department with passion and expertise in guns, safety, and compliance.

The role requires extensive firearms knowledge and the ability to manage customer interactions in a fast-paced setting. You will drive profitability in the firearms department through buying, selling, and lending firearms, ensure 4473 compliance, and train Team Members while upholding ATF guidelines and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store's firearms department, including buying, selling, and loaning on firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms (where present) and ensure ATF compliance and FFL status.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for the firearms department.
• Establish relationships with customers and provide training to Team Members on proper firearms handling.
