The ideal candidate has firearms knowledge, strong customer-service and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet financial targets. Relevant experience in retail or firearms is preferred, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have firearms knowledge and handling experience.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage firearms department and meet financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, including buying, selling, and lending firearms.
• Ensure compliance with ATF guidelines and maintain FFL status.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and maintain records.
• Train Team Members on firearm handling and transactions.
• Build relationships with customers and meet or exceed targets.
