EZCORP in Laredo, TX is hiring a Firearms Specialist to lead the firearms department with passion for service, safety, and compliance. You will handle buying, selling, and lending on firearms, ensure 4473 compliance, and maintain a well-organized, profitable department.

The ideal candidate has firearms knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to train Team Members on proper handling and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage firearms department operations including buying, selling, and lending.
• Drive profitability through firearms transactions.
• Complete 4473 forms when present.
• Ensure ATF compliance and maintain store FFL status.
• Train team members on proper handling of firearms.
