EZCORP is hiring a Firearms Specialist in Lubbock to lead the firearms department, driving profitability through buying, selling, and lending while ensuring ATF compliance and high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has extensive firearms knowledge, 1+ year of firearms sales, and the ability to train teammates. A high school diploma is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Experience with 4473s, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store's firearms department, including buying, selling, and lending on firearms.
• Complete all 4473 forms (when present) and maintain ATF compliance to keep the FFL in good standing.
• Evaluate the value of firearms presented as collateral and merchandise/firearm accessories.
• Ensure pricing, inventory controls, and merchandising meet targets and standards.
• Train Team Members on proper handling of firearms and related transactions.
