EZCORP, Inc. in Gatesville, TX is hiring a Firearms Specialist to lead the store's firearms department. You will buy, sell, and loan firearms, ensure adherence to ATF guidelines, complete 4473 forms, and maintain an active FFL status with strong customer service and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Experience with 4473s is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning on firearms.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory controls and evaluation of firearms and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with ATF guidelines and maintain store FFL status in good standing.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and adhere to gun laws and certifications.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for the firearms department.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and train Team Members on proper handling.
