Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Firearms Specialist in Bastrop, TX to lead the firearms department, drive profitability through buying, selling, and lending firearms, and ensure ATF compliance and 4473 processes. You will maintain the store’s FFL status and train teammates on safe handling and processes.

The role requires strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills, with knowledge of firearms regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in firearms sales and customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the firearms department, including buying, selling, and lending of firearms.
• Drive store profitability and maintain inventory controls for firearms and related accessories.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and ensure ATF compliance; maintain store FFL status.
• Train Team Members on proper handling of firearms and transactional procedures.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high service levels.
