Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Ability to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, including buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and ensure ATF compliance.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, inventory controls, and evaluation of firearms.
• Meet or exceed financial targets for the firearms department.
• Train team members on handling and firearm transactions.
