EZCORP is hiring a Firearms Specialist in Houston, TX to lead and manage the firearms department with expertise in gun handling, compliance, and customer service. You will influence profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms while ensuring ATF compliance and accurate 4473 processing.

The ideal candidate brings broad firearms knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a detail-oriented, organized approach. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive firearms knowledge and handling experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations and compliance.
• Pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of the firearms department, including buying, selling, and loans.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and maintain ATF compliance.
• Drive profitability of the firearms department through merchandising and pricing.
• Train Team Members on proper handling of firearms and transactions.
• Establish strong customer relationships and meet financial targets.
