Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Ability to pass criminal and ATF background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department, driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and ensure ATF compliance and valid FFL status.
• Merchandise firearms and accessories, pricing, inventory controls, and evaluation.
• Train team members on safe handling and firearm transactions.
