EZCORP is hiring a Firearms Specialist in San Antonio, TX. The role centers on leading the firearms department, leveraging extensive firearms knowledge to assist customers and ensure safe handling, compliance, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales experience, familiarity with 4473 forms, and the ability to pass ATF background checks. Bilingual candidates are considered a plus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Experience with 4473s is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department and drive profitability through buying, selling, and loaning firearms.
• Complete 4473 forms when present and ensure ATF compliance.
• Maintain retail firearms operations including merchandising, pricing, and inventory controls.
• Establish relationships with customers and train Team Members on safe handling and transactions involving firearms.
