Frontier Justice is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong product knowledge and strict compliance with federal and state firearms regulations.

You will engage clients across multiple channels, assist with orders, educate on safety, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience. This part-time role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college hours preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working around firearms and enforcing safety practices.
• Able to handle multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, chat).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-person, by phone, email, and live chat to assist orders and inquiries.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist clients with orders, shipments, returns, or exchanges.
• Develop knowledge of firearms and related products to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on product features and safe handling practices.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for products and services.
• Stay current with product releases and industry best practices.
• Record interactions and sales activity accurately in systems.
