Job summary

Frontier Justice is seeking a Firearms Sales Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client service, and oversee daily operations in the firearms department. This senior role requires strong firearms knowledge, ATF Form 4473 familiarity, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

You will guide clients through the purchasing experience, coach team members, and ensure accurate transactions while staying current on laws and regulations affecting firearm sales.

Qualifications

• Strong firearms knowledge and ability to guide clients through purchasing processes.
• Understanding of ATF Form 4473 procedures and state/federal laws.
• Excellent customer service and leadership on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily firearms department activities to meet service standards and sales goals.
• Coach and develop sales staff with real-time feedback.
• Cross-sell firearms, accessories, memberships, and range services.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and proper documentation in POS systems.
• Maintain compliance with ATF regulations and loss prevention standards.
