Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree/hours preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working around firearms with a strong safety commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Lifter capable up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Retail or firearms sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with firearms laws and 4473 forms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through in-person, phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and complaints.
• Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, returns or exchanges.
• Develop knowledge of firearms and related products to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on product features and safe handling practices.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell firearms, accessories, memberships, and range services.
• Stay current with new product releases, market trends, and best practices.
• Support client satisfaction initiatives through follow-up and retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in systems.
