Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Florida is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide buying decisions at the gun counter, while promoting programs and store pickups.

Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms, maintaining product knowledge, organizing the firearms area, replenishing shelves, pricing and signage accuracy, and contributing to seasonal merchandising moves.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Firearms and Ammunition
• Familiarity with ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• Knowledge of the Gun Control Act (GCA)
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with firearms and hunting merchandise at the counter
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations
• Complete 4473 forms accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain organized firearm counter and sales floor
• Replenish shelves and ensure pricing/signage accuracy
• Follow company policies and assist with other duties as assigned
