Bass Pro Shops is hiring for a Sales Outfitter - Firearms in Tallahassee, FL. You will maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and assist with hunting merchandise, greeting customers, assessing needs, and guiding purchases.

You will stay updated on firearms knowledge, ATF regulations, pricing, and promotions while delivering a legendary shopping experience. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy outdoor retailer environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Organize and maintain merchandise and stock levels.
• Follow policies and perform other duties as assigned.
