Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to manage counter and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide product selection while ensuring compliance with 4473 procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining the firearm counter, stocking shelves, promoting CLUB membership and in-store pickup, and staying knowledgeable about promotions and pricing. This is a part-time role requiring 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and identify needs to drive sales.
• Maintain firearms counter sales and knowledge.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In-Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Keep merchandise organized and stocked; maintain pricing and signing.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
