Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain firearm counter sales and customer service, while assisting with floor sales of hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, identify needs, and provide product recommendations to ensure a legendary customer experience.

Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms accurately, staying knowledgeable about firearms, and maintaining organized merchandise. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with firearms and ammunition products.
• Understanding of ATF Federal and State regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• Knowledge of Gun Control Act (GCA).
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Keep merchandise organized and well stocked.
• Remain product knowledgeable through training.
• Support store merchandising and pricing integrity.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
