Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter — Firearms to manage counter sales, assist customers, and maintain firearm product knowledge. You will support merchandise flow, ensure compliance with ATF regulations, and promote in-store programs while delivering a high level of service.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 0–2 years in retail, and a passion for firearms safety and customer experience. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition products.
• Understanding ATF and state regulations.
• Customer service and firearm sales experience.
• GCA compliance and safe handling practices.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Assist customers with product selection and information.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup programs.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Keep work area clean and well stocked.
