Bass Pro Shops in Oregon is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products while promoting CLUB memberships and in-store pickup.

The role requires 0–2 years in retail, a high school diploma, and being 21 or older, with an emphasis on knowledge of firearms regulations and safe handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Maintains Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and Floor Sales of hunting merchandise.
• Greet customers promptly and provide information, assistance and directions.
• Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of firearms and ammunition, pricing and signing.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
