You will greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, and promote CLUB memberships while maintaining compliance and inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, ongoing training, friendly service, and adherence to safety and merchandising guidelines in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• GCA knowledge.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and related hunting merchandise.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Keep gun counter area clean, stocked, and organized.
