Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate to provide exceptional, knowledgeable service on firearms and related accessories. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, demonstrate products, and help them choose safely while upholding store safety standards.

You’ll ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, maintain organized displays, process transactions accurately, and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous firearms sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local firearms laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen, assess customer needs, and provide guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the firearms department.
• Advise customers with expert product recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all firearms regulations and transfers.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain organized, compliant firearms displays with correct labeling.
• Stay updated on trends and product knowledge.
