Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to assist customers at the Massachusetts store, focusing on counter sales and customer service for firearms, plus floor and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, explain products, and help with purchases while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.75 per hour with part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Experience with customer service and sales
• Familiarity with ATF Federal and State regulations
• GCA compliance knowledge
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend products
• Promote store programs (CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup)
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and keep pricing/signage accurate
