Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition.
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations.
• Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition.
• GCA (Gun Control Act) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs; make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers at the gun counter.
• Organize and maintain merchandise and restock shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
