Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to greet customers, assess needs and recommend firearms and related gear at the gun counter. You will provide information, demonstrate products and ensure compliance with regulations, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

The role focuses on maintaining counter sales, stocking merchandise, and following store policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Understanding of ATF Federal and State regulations.
• Experience in customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions and product recommendations.
• Maintain counter and floor sales at gun counter; organize merchandise.
• Follow all store policies and procedures and keep area clean and stocked.
