Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; cashiering experience 1–3 months preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old to process firearms per compliance requirements.
• Must be legally able to own a firearm.

Responsibilities

• Complete all firearm sale paperwork (Form 4473, licensing, background checks) accurately.
• Demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling.
• Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and provide exceptional service.
• Grow personal sales to meet or exceed goals using Scheels sales standards.
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
• Attend product training and store meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and assist with duties as needed.
