Job summary

Tombstone Tactical in Phoenix, AZ is hiring full-time Sales Representatives to provide exceptional customer service, guide firearm purchases, and ensure safe handling and compliance.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about firearms, and capable of using POS systems. Hours are 36–44 per week, with weekend shifts required; pay is $17.00 per hour based on full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to explain firearms knowledge and safety.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Comfort with handling firearms and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Attention to detail in daily operations.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select, purchase, and handle firearms and accessories.
• Demonstrate knowledge of firearms, ammo, and safety protocols.
• Use computer systems for inventory, sales, and records.
• Conduct NICS checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep sales floor clean, inviting, and safe.
• Address inquiries and provide product guidance.
• Maintain attention to detail in daily operations.
• Assist in merchandising and restocking.
• Collaborate with team to promote a positive work environment.
