We are a family and veteran-owned local retail firearms store looking to add customer service-oriented Sales Representatives to our dynamic team. We have great customers and we are looking for someone enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate about firearms.

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This is a full-time position. Hours could vary from 36 to 44 hours per week depending on demand and schedule. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• 1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, purchasing, and handling firearms and related accessories.


• 2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various firearms, ammunition, and safety protocols to guide customers effectively.


• 3. Utilize computer systems for inventory management, sales transactions, customer records, and firearm transfer records with a high level of proficiency.


• 4. Conduct NICS checks and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to firearm sales.


• 5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring an inviting and safe environment for customers.


• 6. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and questions and provide expert advice on product selection and usage.


• 7. Uphold the store's commitment to excellence by paying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of daily operations.


• 8. Assist in merchandising, restocking of shelves, and contributing to the overall visual appeal of the store.


• 9. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
