Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. seeks a Firearms Sales Associate in Wichita, KS. You will welcome customers, answer firearms questions, and assist with purchases while meeting Scheels’ sales standards. You must be at least 21 years old for compliance and be available to work afternoons, some weekends, with about 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months of cashiering experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to firearms compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Assist with firearm questions, processing, and sales per policy.
• Explain Scheels products and help customers make buying decisions.
• Attend product training and store meetings; maintain professional appearance.
• Perform related duties including stocking and basic math tasks.
