This part-time position requires high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years in retail, and the ability to maintain accurate pricing and inventory. Training will cover products, policies, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Firearms and ammunition product knowledge required.
• Understanding of ATF federal and state regulations.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities for firearms and ammo.
• Knowledge of GCA regulations and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly assistance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Demonstrate firearms and accessories where allowed and safe.
• Maintain counter and floor merchandising for gun counter and related items.
• Keep work area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Adhere to all Bass Pro Shops policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with store events and promotions as needed.
