Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent, plus related experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to safely handle firearms and understand related regulations.
• Knowledge of purchasing firearms and retail operations.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, appraise, and purchase used firearms in compliance with laws and company policy.
• Process 4473 forms and conduct final checks prior to firearm transfer.
• Maintain department standards: restock, remerchandise, clean fixtures and organize firearms tags.
• Provide legendary customer service by helping customers select products and make informed buying decisions.
• Participate in ongoing training on firearms, product knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
