Job summary

You will greet customers, assess needs, make product recommendations, complete 4473 forms, demonstrate products, and keep firearms and ammo organized with accurate pricing and signage.

This position requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of retail experience, and knowledge of ATF regulations; you will be a knowledgeable

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition required.
• Understanding of ATF regulations and Gun Control Act (GCA).
• Customer service and sales experience in firearms.
• Ability to merchandise and stock firearms and related products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs to recommend products.
• Explain features, safety, and compliance; complete 4473 forms accurately.
• Demonstrate products and maintain pricing, signing, and displays.
• Organize and restock merchandise; support seasonal floor moves.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked gun counter and follow policies.
