Responsibilities

• Field inbound phone calls to help resolve technical questions.
• Process small parts orders.
• Provide technical assistance via email.
• Process website orders.
• Write gun repair estimates.
• Process inbound guns for repair.
• Pack and ship repaired guns.
• Other duties as assigned.
