Qualifications

• Good communication and ability to engage with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise and advise customers on features, benefits, and price both in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate product features and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge and suggest alternatives or accessories.
• Verify information for firearms background checks.
• Utilize ATF, FBI, and state systems as appropriate.
• Receive and display merchandise and manage department inventory.
• Answer phones and handle routine inquiries.
• Perform general floor maintenance and housekeeping.
