Qualifications

• Sales and firearms experience required.
• Hunting, fishing, camping, shooting and general outdoors experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Rigorous attention to detail.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to pass background check and compliance procedures.

Responsabilités

• Sell firearms, fishing, archery, camping and related items to customers.
• Complete and review ATF forms and perform background checks.
• Provide product knowledge and advise on features and benefits.
• Train and coach staff in selling techniques and merchandising.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, inventory and store operations.
• Answer phones and handle routine customer inquiries.
