The role requires 2–4 years in retail and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to train and motivate staff and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure a productive customer experience.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, and inventory control while maintaining planograms.
