Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader in the firearms department. You will direct daily operations, guide Sales Outfitters on safe firearm handling, and ensure compliance with ATF, state and local laws while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will assist in staffing, training, and performance reviews, coordinate merchandising directives, and help drive department sales, gross margin, and inventory accuracy with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience 2–4 years; supervisor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates daily; oversees merchandising, pricing, inventory and customer service.
• Leads staff scheduling, interviews, and training; supports achievement of sales and payroll goals.
• Maintains product knowledge; conducts demos; coordinates events and promotions; ensures pricing and UPC integrity.
