Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of cashiering experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21 due to firearms compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile upon entry and exit.
• Engage customers with conversations and offer personalized service.
• Scan items accurately and ensure proper ringing and payment.
• Bag purchases carefully and efficiently.
• Promote Scheels Visa and explain benefits.
• End every transaction with a thank you.
• Process firearm returns and exchanges.
• Complete firearm background checks.
• Assist with Gun Room housekeeping.
• Ensure ATF laws and guidelines are followed.
• Execute technology-based processes for firearm/suppressor transactions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
