• Communicate audit findings and required corrective actions to the Compliance Manager and leadership.
• Collaborate with Pickup Center and Compliance to address documentation issues and ensure consistent practices.
• Develop proficiency in Orchid, 4473 Cloud, and NetSuite used to process Form 4473 records.
• Research applicable state firearm laws and assist with regulatory research and compliance support.
• Prepare reports and research summaries as needed for departmental deliverables.
• Respond professionally to inquiries related to assigned responsibilities.
