Gunslinger Auctions, Orange, CA is seeking a compliance-focused professional to independently manage CA DOJ DROS processing and ATF Form 4473 paperwork. You will review and correct team documents to ensure strict legal adherence, owning the compliance standard across the operation.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with both DROS and 4473, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate without guidance in a firearms retail or auction setting.

Formación

• Must know the CA DOJ DROS process and ATF 4473 inside and out.
• Prior experience in an FFL-licensed firearms retail or auction environment required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for compliance errors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all California DOJ DROS processing and ATF Form 4473 paperwork for the operation.
• Review and correct coworker paperwork in strict accordance with state and federal law.
• Own the compliance standard and ensure accuracy across the team.
